zzz had been pushing me to break my usual run routine of 63mins/8km. So during the Saturday Pierce reservoir runs, he'll deliberately up the pace (he usually drops to accomodate my crawls....heheh) and i'll have to catch up on my strides. The result?

Actually quite liking New Balance running stuff.
The apparel designs are pretty cool, affordable and the sales staff (at least the Raffles City ones) are really polite and helpful.
Well, not to mention that i have broad feet so i can really only fit into shoes from selected brands.

Feeling 'was good' because i just sprained my ankle, i think i snapped it while sitting down for dinner at Carl's Jr (yes, you saw it correct, i was sitting down...)
Ankle had been loose since morning and when i gave it a slight turn at dinner, the nerve just snapped.
