Started running on Saturday and it felt great!Probably the longest stretch i have been through (not counting the periods on holidays) without exercising. I couldn't, and my legs wouldn't let me.
I think the marathon did good to my physical tolerance. I did a 10km and my body took the distance quite well. BUT, i do need to change my shoes. My one-year old Mizuno has served me well during the 2008 races but the soles are beginning to thin. Methinks it's time for her to retire.
