Hols Dinner


The massage from Wellness did some good to the tired muscles. My soles are still aching, i probably pulled a nerve somewhere but i can still manage limping around.

So, while we were at Suntec, in between deciding which boring food court to settle dinner, we went to a favourite haunt (yes, the super/hyper mart) Carrefour and decided to cook something simple and warm on a cold Monday.

The result was a satisfying meal of crusty bread dipped with intense olive oil and caramelized balsamic vinegar, a bunch of fresh and colorful vegetables baked in the juices of the sausages.

HMM. YUM.
