Weather: OK, but downpour when i reached home (Still raining now)
So i thought why not pace myself, see if i can prolong the energy if i were to go longer. Well, i didn't go beyond 8km, but the result was alright. I geared towards a steadier pace somewhere between the 6km mark and ended up breathing better and my legs weren't too tired. OK, i think i need to build up my pace and stamina for the next runs. Time to TRAIN.
